Directly associated with the Real Estate industry since 1977 in the capacity of licensed agent, broker, investor, developer and principal in the residential, commercial and business development fields. Geographical area of expertise and experience include Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, Florida, Caribbean.

Current: Christes Properties - Principal Broker: Acquisition and development of Luxury Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate in the Washington DC Markets of Maryland, DC, and Virginia including the sale and brokerage of The Clarendon Assemblage in Arlington VA, Land development in Loudoun County and Fairfax County. Company Currently is Christes Properties - NewLuxuryHomes.co. Formerly associated companies include; KW Commercial, Principal Partner of The MCL Development Group, RE/MAX Commercial arm of RE/MAX Allegiance. Currently a class A member of the PGA as coach of the McLean High School Golf team.

Past: Residential development and brokerage on both the agent and principal side in Washington DC Metro Markets, central Florida and Virginia. Brokerage of over $100M in Residential sales and principal investment in the development of New Luxury Residential properties in the Washington DC Metro markets and Florida. Projects include Development and re-development Luxury residential projects, high-end Residential communities with Golf elements and brokering of Commercial assemblages in the DC area.

Your Impresa Modular home is constructed from the inside out, in a controlled environment. Drywall seams, outlet joints and other openings can be sealed tight before being enclosed in outer walls. Our centralized construction process also allows us to conduct more detailed and frequent quality-assurance inspections than would be feasible with an on-site home.

When you are waiting to move into your new home, you want it completed as soon as possible. On average, a traditional on-site constructed house can take six to ten months, severely disrupting a family’s life.
