Who is the trusted company with the most knowledgeable team to provide your new home? The answer is simple, Impresa Modular.

Modular Homes in Tennessee

Modular Homes. Peace of Mind.

Homes have to be built to withstand the elements and perform well when it comes to energy efficiency. The first advantage is that your custom home is built indoors in a factory. The fact that modular homes are constructed indoors means that your home will be completed to a standard of quality that can’t be beat with traditional outdoor construction. The floor of your home will never get rained on or snowed on because it is built under the protective roof of an environmentally controlled factory. The materials used to build your home are secured indoors and protected from the elements. This means the lumber used in your home won’t twist or warp and that moisture in the lumber won’t be trapped in the walls possibly turning into mold or mildew later.

A second advantage is that your home is built much faster. Any weather delays incurred during the preparation of your site for the foundation won’t put your new custom home at additional risk to the elements later in the construction process. Your home’s modules are being built in the factory at the exact same time your site work is being completed and your foundation is being built. This eliminates time from the construction process. Once the modules for your new home arrive, they are quickly assembled with a crane on your foundation. The entire installation process can take as little as a day. With the home arriving about 75% complete, over the course of several weeks your home’s remaining interior and exterior finishes will be completed, utilities will be connected, and you will be ready to move into the completed home. All of this is accomplished at a value that is hard to beat when it comes to building your custom home.
