By being constructed in a factory, you have peace of mind knowing that your new home started its construction with quality built right in. Delivery of your new custom modular home is generally scheduled as soon as possible after factory completion and your home site is ready. Almost immediately after your home is completed in the factory, delivery is planned after confirmation that the job site is ready. Once your home is delivered, Impresa Modular will coordinate the placement of your home on the foundation with a professional set and crane crew. It all happens very quickly at this point in the process. At this stage, the site and basement utilities get completed, the heating system is installed (if not factory completed) and the concrete and yard work are completed. In the final stage, the interior finish will be completed between the modular sections, this will include finishing floor seams, center wall doors and jambs, and drywall and paint touch up. Most modular homes will be completed within approximately 6 weeks of delivery and ready for you to enjoy!
