Creating Your Modular Home

At this stage, the site and basement utilities get finished, the heating system is installed (if not factory completed) and the concrete and yard work are finished. In the final stage, the interior finish will be completed between the modular sections, this will include finishing floor seams, mate wall doors and jambs, and drywall and paint touch up. Most modular homes will be finished within approximately 6 weeks of delivery and ready for you to enjoy!
