Modular construction is the process of separating a home’s design into smaller segments or sections called modules. These individual modules are then constructed in a factory using an assembly line process. Much like the everyday products you are familiar with, such as cell phones, furniture, cars, and computers; being produced in a factory provides a level of consistency and quality that you have come to expect. In fact, you probably wouldn’t buy these products unless they were produced in a factory. It is this exact factory process that gives prefab homes a superior level of quality.

Because a home’s modules are being constructed offsite, the excavation and foundation work can be completed at the home site simultaneously.
